Did you just run a 5K PR, and want to know how that might translate into an upcoming 10K? Or what kind of Marathon you can expect to run based on a recent Half Marathon time?

Just fill in one of the forms below (depending on if you want kilometers or miles) to estimate how long it will take you to finish a race of a different distance based on the results of a previous race. Enter the distance and time of one of your previous races and leave the "Pace" fields blank.

Remember, this is an estimation only; you still have to do the running!
